We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Supervisor, an ideal job for someone either looking for a change in roles, their first job or getting back into work after an extended break.
The position is designed to prepare someone for a move to a Supervisor’s position once one becomes available (or even with a different employer), providing experience and qualifications both through on the job training and through online courses which are funded by Medway League of Friends. The current rate of pay is £9.90 per hour and the role is contracted for a minimum of 10 hours per week, although additional hours would be available covering annual leave and staff illness when they occur.

I’m interested in the trainee supervisor/ supervisor job. I notice it’s advertised as 10 hours a week, I would be looking for full time. Is this an option?

The intention is to use the Trainee role to prepare someone for a move up to a supervisor’s position with a pay and hours increase. The specific hours would depend on the vacancy that becomes available and would be between 16 and 32 hours per week.
